Initial Menu and Meal assessment
A practical starting point to understand your current position – $2,500 +GST. Includes:
- Review of menus, meals, snacks and beverages
- Nutrient analysis of set recipes using Foodworks software
- Review of third-party suppliers (where applicable)
- Two stakeholder meetings
- Clear practical recommendations
Annual Menu and Meal review
Designed to meet annual dietitian assessment requirements and support audits and accreditations, and is available for all future annual reviews once an initial assessment has been completed with our team – $1,500 +GST. Includes:
- Annual evaluation of meals, snacks and beverages
- Nutrient and menu compliance and quality review
- Additional or updated recipe and menu analysis
- One stakeholder meeting
- Audit – ready documentation aligned to accreditation expectations
Quality Improvement Project Support and Staff Training
Targeted support to strengthen systems, skills and sustainability – $400-$800 +GST. Includes:
- Food and nutrition policy development
- Recipe standardisation
- Food allergy and intolerance management
- Guidance and recipe development on specialised diets (eg: vegetarian, gluten-free, texture modified diets)
- Staff training, including texture modified diet (TMD) preparation
