At Lifecare Homecare, we empower individuals to live independently and with dignity in their own homes through our personalised allied healthcare services.

Since our beginnings in 2010 as a home-visiting physiotherapy service, we’ve grown into a trusted, multi-disciplinary provider of allied health services — proudly supporting older adults, individuals with disabilities, and people with diverse clinical conditions.

Over the years, we’ve expanded our expertise in delivering high-quality home care services. We continue to put people first, with a strong community focus and a commitment to exceptional, compassionate care.

What we do

Lifecare Homecare provides a wide range of allied health services to help older adults and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence at home.

Our multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists, dietitians, podiatrists, and speech therapists deliver tailored care to enhance mobility, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall well-being.

We specialise in falls prevention, rehabilitation, pain management, equipment prescription, and home modifications, ensuring safe and comfortable living environments.

By collaborating with case managers, support coordinators, and families, we deliver evidence-based, client-centred care directly in the home.
