Bio

Anthony graduated from Curtin University in 1998 and has since built a diverse clinical career across aged care, community, and musculoskeletal settings in both Australia and the UK. This breadth of experience has given him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in delivering high‑quality care to people in their own homes and communities.

He is the founder of Lifecare Homecare, which he has grown from a small community physiotherapy service into a multidisciplinary allied health practice of more than 60 practitioners operating across three states. In his role, Anthony is responsible for strategic leadership, service development, and the ongoing evolution of the organisation’s clinical and operational model.

His work spans policy development, governance, compliance, and risk management, ensuring the service remains robust, ethical, and sustainable in a changing health landscape. Equally important to him is fostering a culture grounded in professionalism, integrity, and respect—for clients, families, referrers, and staff alike—so that every interaction reflects the values on which Lifecare Homecare was built.

Anthony enjoys playing basketball, supporting the mighty West Coast Eagles, travelling, eating good food and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Bio

Jarrad is a physiotherapist, business leader, and lymphedema therapist with a passion for helping people stay independent in their own homes.

As a Practice Principal of Lifecare Homecare, he leads a dedicated team of allied health professionals, ensuring clients receive the best possible care in the community.

Starting as a new graduate at Lifecare Homecare, Jarrad has worked across many roles, growing alongside the business.

Over the years, he has helped expand the team from just five to over 60 people, shaping Lifecare Homecare into a trusted provider of home-based allied health services.

Jarrad holds a double degree in Physiotherapy and Exercise Sport Science, giving him a well-rounded approach to rehabilitation.

He has experience treating a wide range of clinical conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, post-surgical recovery, and falls prevention.

His additional expertise in lymphoedema therapy and aquatic therapy allows him to support clients with more complex needs.

With an MBA in Finance, Jarrad also brings strong business and leadership skills to his role, ensuring that Lifecare Homecare continues to grow while maintaining high-quality care.

He enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and working with his team to create a supportive and rewarding workplace.

Outside of work, Jarrad is a big sports fan, loves spending time with his family, and enjoys taking on new challenges—whether in business or everyday life.
