Biography
After graduating from high school Claire went on exchange to Italy for 6 months, before going on to achieve her science degree at UWA in 2010. Claire worked in hospitality for over a year and then went travelling to Central America and Europe.
In 2016, Claire completed her physiotherapy degree, and has since gained experience working at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital, in Moora with WA Country Health Services and in Aged care. Claire commenced with Homecare in early 2020.
Personal interests
Watching footy, particularly the West Coast Eagles. Claire has played amateur footy previously and has started training with a new team this year.
Claire has volunteered with Uni Camp For Kids for over 10 years, a charity providing respite for underprivileged children. She also volunteers for Leading Youth Forward (LYF), mentoring at-risk teens. Claire has mentored one teen for 3 years, before they graduated and she is now mentoring another teen.
Claire enjoys running, going to the beach with her dog and art.
